Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final sale unless damaged.
